Rental agreements are signed after booking together with the tenant.
RENTAL
<\/b>The minimum rental period is usually one week, Sunday to Sunday. Exceptions can be made to be flexible in arrival and departure dates. In this case, the rental period can be less than a week. Agreement is made between tenant and owner before arrival.<\/p>\n
The tenant may not carry out painting, wallpapering and similar activities without the landlord’s written permission.<\/p>\n
In the rental, the tenant can use the entire holiday home.<\/p>\n
Locked spaces such as a wardrobe are the private property of the landlord and may not be used.<\/p>\n
It is the tenant’s responsibility to have liability insurance, which is usually included in their home insurance. Any damage to the house and equipment not covered by insurance will be reimbursed directly to the landlord.<\/p>\n
It is the landlord’s responsibility to keep the property insured.<\/p>\n
The lessee shall take good care of the leased property. Should damage occur, the tenant is responsible for the excess.<\/p>\n
The tenant may not transfer the lease of the property in another name without the landlord’s written consent.<\/p>\n
The tenant must leave the property in a well-cleaned condition and return all keys. See the binder in the holiday home for information about cleaning.<\/p>\n
Only household waste may be disposed of in waste bins. Waste sorting is done according to current regulations.<\/p>\n
RENTAL PRICES<\/b>
Rental rates are broken down by season and are intended per unit per week from Sunday to Sunday (any exceptions can be made between tenant and owner). When booking for less than a week, the full rental amount + deposit is paid immediately after the rental contract is signed and submitted.<\/p>\n
The Vinscha Five farmhouse is available for long-term rental between September and April. Only the whole period is rented out.<\/p>\n
HOW TO ORDER<\/b>
All reservations are made via – www.gardshusetvinschafive.se<\/p>\n
PAYMENT
<\/b>Full payment must be made before arrival.
In case of bank transfer, 50% + deposit is paid in the booking fee no later than 10 days after our contact. The remaining 50% is paid at least 30 days before arrival at the Vinscha Fuve farmhouse.<\/p>\n
Payments must be made by bank transfer (SWIFT). When paying by bank transfer, the customer’s name and weekly number must be included in the message.
You can also reserve the G\u00e5rdshuset Vinscha Five by credit card. No charge will be made until we have contacted each other.
Thereafter, a card is deducted from the reservation fee + deposit. 30 days before entry, the next draw is made.
Registering your credit card also makes it easier to refund the deposit.
A payment link can also be sent to the lessee at a later date if you are unable to make a bank transfer.<\/p>\n
ARRIVAL AND<\/b>DEPARTURE
The tenant has check-in from 15:00 from the booked date and departure no later than 12:00 on the day of departure.<\/b> An agreement can be made if no one else has rented the property the following week.<\/p>\n
DEPOSIT<\/b>
When paying the reservation fee, a deposit of 1500 SEK is also paid.
This cost is refunded to the tenant after departure. In the event of any damage, an insurance claim is made and the lessee pays the excess. Any damage, small or large, is reported directly to the owner.<\/p>\n
CLEANING \/ TIDYING<\/b>
Upon arrival, the tenant will find the property in a clean and tidy condition. Before departure, the tenant must carry out final cleaning according to the checklist in the accommodation binder. You leave the cottage in good condition as you arrived. In case of inadequate cleaning, the deposit is not refundable.<\/p>\n
PETS<\/b>
Pets are not allowed in the Vinscha Five farmhouse.<\/p>\n
SMOKING
Smoking<\/b>is strictly forbidden indoors.<\/p>\n
BEHAVIOUR<\/b>
The tenant who rents is responsible for the correctness of his\/her behavior during the stay on the property. Should tenants not behave in a civilized and decent manner, the landlord or his\/her representatives have the right to evict immediately and compensation for damages caused by the tenant. There is no refund.<\/p>\n
The owner or his\/her representative can withdraw any damage arising from his\/her property from the deposit. If the deposit does not cover possible damage, the tenant must pay the difference to the owner or his\/her representative before departure<\/p>\n
OUTDOOR HOUSING<\/b>
The house owner or his\/her representative reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance. This also applies to detached villas, houses and robotic lawnmowers.<\/p>\n
INSURANCE<\/b>
It is a condition of these general conditions that the customer has adequate insurance cover for the entire duration of the stay.<\/p>\n
RENTAL AGREEMENT<\/b>
The agreement must be signed, scanned and sent to info@gardshusetvinschafive.se together with the back and front of the tenant’s driving license. For electronic signing (Swedish citizens only), visit: https:\/\/signera.ebox.nu\/. Upload the PDF file you receive in the confirmation email and save it. The same procedure should be followed for credit\/debit card payments.<\/p>\n
CANCELLATION<\/b>
Should the tenant cancel the reservation for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply: 25% of the reservation fee will be refunded + deposit.<\/p>\n
