Stay in a central location close to swimming and city life in our cozy farmhouse with its own patio.

36m² divided into two rooms, kitchen and bathroom in an open plan layout with 4 beds and a patio with furniture that provides the possibility of barbecuing.

We had some great days at Daniel and Anna in their little cute cottage. Daniel and Anna were very helpful, welcomed us with open arms and good advice. The house was centrally located and good hub for exploring Västervik. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

We had a nice time 5 days 3 guys. Not so big house. The host Daniel and Anna lived in the main house opposite til farmhouse. They where kind and we had a great time😃

We truly enjoy staying at Daniel&Anna house. Great place, lovely host. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and very well equipped kitchen it is perfect place if you travelling with children. Everythink you need is available. It is only 10 minutes walk to the center. And has an amazing garden for breakfast. We definetly recommend this cottage.

We spent a great week in Västervik! The house is well equipped and provides enough space for two ( or three). Especially, the terrace and the garden are a nice place to spent your time. However, the bed is limited as shown. This is a good accomodation, if you intend to spent a few days in Västervik.

Great hospitality! Daniel and Anna are very friendly and always ready to answer on questions and to give advice. Nice summer house and perfect for kids. Very quite neighbourhood. Everything you need is in the house. Lots to see and to do in Vastervik and surroundings. This is a fantastic adress in an wonderful region. Thanks a lot to Daniel and Anna.

Daniel and Anna were very good hosts. They were very helpful to help us to find places to visit and wanted us to feel comfort in the cottage. The cottage has all that is needed for a stay with a family. It is located close to the city center(walking distance) and also close to different bathing possibilities. I recommend this cottage if you are going to Västervik.

  • About 36m² large farmhouse divided into a small bathroom with shower tub, kitchen / dining area with microwave, fridge, freezer and living room.
  • Private patio with outdoor furniture.
  • Charcoal grill (charcoal/briquettes not included).
  • TV (Svt1, Svt2, Tv4, Tv6, Kunskapskanalen).
  • Smoke-free.
  • Shared garden with landlord but secluded.
  • Arrival after 1 p.m. 15 and departure no later than 12 or by agreement.

This does not include

  • Cleaning (optional)
  • Bed linen (ice-cream blankets available)
  • Bed linen and towels are provided by the guest.

Low season
September 1 – May 30
Only long-term rentals for the entire period.

High season

7000 kr / week

Bank transfer
You pay 50% + deposit of the total amount of the reservation cost within 10 days of our call. 50% of the remaining amount no later than 30 days before entry.

Cancellation
Cancellation: 25% + deposit back on the reservation amount.

Payment

There are two payment options.

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/debit card

We don’t charge your card now, but your card information is only stored in an encrypted database.
We charge after we have made contact with each other. It will also be easier to refund the deposit at check-out.

If access is within one month, the full amount must be paid or deducted from the tenant’s card, after contact.
